Triad Building Maintenance specializes in commercial janitorial services, new building make ready, and construction and demolition debris recycling consulting services.
Triad Building Maintenance was founded in 1993 by Adrian and Harrietta Neely. In 2003, while overseeing the waste management component of the New City Hall and Public Plaza Project, Mr. and Mrs. Neely saw an emerging opportunity in construction and demolition recycling - forming Austin's first C & D recycling consulting service. Our founders have provided Travis County, Texas and the surrounding counties with more than 30 combined years of high quality janitorial, waste management, make-ready, and recycling consulting services.
